good food,great companies and finished writing your referral.
i received my booster vaccine on monday.it was busy monday,i sat in the clinic,saw pt and not even write anything on the ticket.
on Tuesday,oncall,post vaccine,clinic
had to cover sari and general ward
feeling slow and tired.walked 14k steps ,went home after night rounds and had a deep sleep for 6hrs.
today,a busy clinic.emailed 4 reports to jkn.saw less pt because i had one chronic case to be referred .went to have lunch and good laugh with chitra and ain.
after coming back home,spent almost one hr with my landlady talking about her daughter who has costochondral chest pain.
3 hrs and half ,correcting referral and emailed it on the spot.
and now,i feel accomplished.what a day.🥴
tomorrow, i will have a long day.never ending rounds,going to ipoh hospital and at night attending wedding.
friday,clinic,kiv mortality physical presentation and oncall the rest of weekend.
