Pagi:Less fat Greek Yoghurt with nuts
Brunch:1/4 banana walnut bread,just to give some satisfaction to my sweet cravings.haha

coffee guy tanya:kakak nak sy letak kaya atau susu pekat.hahah, kelakar
ate 1/4,shared with colleagues
Lunch:
Air fried fish tempura with sauce(patut takleh sauce)-tp nanti bland sgt
Dinner:nasi lemak with terung sambal bilis.sedap tau aku masak..hahah.aku tk mkn nasi tu..
nak masak pizza jgk utk bwk bekal esok.
sedap weih.aku tak tipu.
